The file service is paid for via OEM+ credits. These Credits can be purchased through the website or in person at our HQ.

You are required to upload the original file read out from the ecu. Once received, our team of calibration engineers will modify and re-calibrate the file for you to install back onto the ecu.

• No Reg No Support !
• No Data Logs, No Support ! - Without clear and concise logs, no support is possible. Please help us, help you.
• Additional options such as EGR, DPF, Pop & Bang etc are add ons and only available where a tested solution is available. In case of an untested solution requested by user, we will attempt a maximum of 2 redo’s. There will be no further revisions, or refunds at this point.
• Stage 3 cars will be charged at a minimum of 2x standard price and final charge would depend on hardware and complexity. This needs to be booked well in advance. It is the dealer's responsibility to provide clear and concise data logs, without this,no support is possible.
• We now support master file service. Master file service will be charged at 5x dealer price, and you will receive an unlocked file, free to use multiple times. There is NO Stage 3 support.
